Off across Kansas again. The land slowly rises a few thousand feet below us. It is a day from Witchita to Dodge City, KS. Didn't see Matt Dillon there. Another day from Dodge to Walsenburg, CO a little south of Pueblo to meet our Boulder, CO friends.

Our campground near Colorado Springs was above the city near the NORAD bunker inside Cheyenne Mountain.. Spectacular views at night looking east over the city & the plains beyond.
